Presentation redesign
Presentation redesign: from slides nobody reads to stories people remember
Service: Storytelling, layout, graphic design
The Challenge
Most presentation slides are designed to reassure the presenter, not to inform the audience. Bullet points that reproduce the script. Charts that require explanation to understand. Layouts that look like they were built in 2020. When the presentation is the product (a funding pitch, a stakeholder briefing, a keynote) that is a problem.
The Strategy
I rebuild slides from the story outward. What is the one thing this audience needs to take away? What does the data actually say, stripped of the noise? What does each slide need to do? Then I design from that. Before and after examples are available on request.
The Impact
Redesigned presentations that have been used in EU project pitches, research conference keynotes, and stakeholder briefings. Several clients use the redesigned templates across their full organisation.
